Recently I attended the celebration of BIRRDsong’s new name and expanded mission – and it was inspiring. With over one hundred brain injury survivors and their families in attendance, we celebrated the past accomplishments of BIRRDsong and looked forward to the mission of the expanded organization: to offer a range of services to empower, engage, and share knowledge with those affected by brain injury.
